1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bd9k platform — whether by visiting the website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all forms of access to bd9k, including access via desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any application interface provided by bd9k from time to time.

If you are accessing bd9k on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person's use of the platform constitutes their acceptance. bd9k will hold you personally liable for any breach of these Terms arising from that use.

bd9k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When a material change is made, bd9k will display a notification on the platform and update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside bd9k's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and bd9k.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with bd9k and to access any of its betting or gaming products. bd9k strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. bd9k may require you to submit proof of age documentation at any time. If you are found to be under 18, your account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be returned in accordance with bd9k's underage gaming policy.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the bd9k platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. bd9k offers its services primarily to players based in Bangladesh. 2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on the bd9k platform. Duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited. If bd9k discovers that a player holds multiple accounts — whether in their own name, under a different name, or using a different payment method — bd9k reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Only one account per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate. bd9k reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bd9k may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd9k username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. bd9k recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your bd9k account and enable any additional authentication features offered by the platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact bd9k's 24/7 support team immediately.

bd9k cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity that takes place on your account while your credentials are active will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified bd9k of a security breach prior to that activity occurring.

3.2 Accurate Use

You agree to use the bd9k platform only for its intended purpose — lawful online gaming and sports betting entertainment. You must not use the platform to engage in any activity that is fraudulent, illegal, or contrary to these Terms. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of any part of the bd9k platform or its software. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to bd9k's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.

3.3 Contact Information

You must keep your registered email address, mobile number, and payment details up to date at all times. bd9k uses these details to communicate important account notifications, verification requests, and security alerts. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay the processing of withdrawals and may be treated as a breach of these Terms in the event of a dispute.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd9k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB Mobile Banking), Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to and from supported Bangladeshi financial institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All balances, bets, and payouts on bd9k are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd9k does not charge conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bd9k accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit at bd9k is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bd9k, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your bd9k wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bd9k is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within ten minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Bangladeshi public holidays. Withdrawals to other payment methods may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the receiving institution. bd9k reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed all required KYC (Know Your Customer) verification steps.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable withdrawal limit for your account tier.
• No open investigation or dispute must be pending on your account.

bd9k reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds found to have been deposited or generated through fraudulent means will be forfeited in their entirety.

4.5 Player Funds

bd9k maintains player funds in segregated accounts, kept separate from the company's operational funds. This means that your deposited balance is protected and available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in section 4.4 above. bd9k does not use player funds for operational expenses or investment activities.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on bd9k — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and crash games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the game studios that produce them, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. bd9k does not operate its own RNG software for third-party studio games; the integrity of game outcomes is the responsibility of the relevant game studio. 5.2 Sports Betting

5.3 Void Bets and Errors

bd9k reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly the result of a technical error, a data feed malfunction, or a manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account. bd9k's decision on void bets is final and not subject to further appeal once the relevant investigation has been completed. Players are expected to report obvious pricing errors rather than knowingly exploit them; repeated exploitation of pricing errors is treated as prohibited conduct under section 7 of these Terms.

5.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during an active game or live bet, bd9k's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. For games with a defined outcome at the time of disconnection (e.g., a slot spin already in progress), the result will stand as recorded. bd9k is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's side, including issues related to mobile data networks used by players across Bangladesh.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bd9k are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated on the relevant promotion page. Where a promotion does not specify its own terms, the general bonus terms set out in this section apply. By opting into any bonus or promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bd9k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including promotions that have already commenced. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and begun satisfying the relevant wagering requirements, bd9k will make a reasonable effort to honour the terms under which the player opted in, except where doing so would be contrary to the interests of fair play or would result in material harm to the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd9k platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false date of birth declarations.
• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Holding more than one active account on the bd9k platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the bd9k platform in any way, including for bet placement, game play, or data harvesting.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes, whether in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Using the bd9k platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd9k support staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bd9k's systems, accounts, or data.
• Reproducing, selling, or distributing any part of the bd9k platform without express written permission.

bd9k cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally in connection with investigations into prohibited conduct occurring on or in connection with the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bd9k

bd9k reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if bd9k has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if the suspension is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, access games, or request withdrawals. bd9k will communicate the reason for suspension to the player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their bd9k account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via the email address listed on this site. Before an account is closed, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited. Self-exclusion closure requests are processed under the Responsible Gaming policy and are subject to additional conditions outlined on the Responsible Gaming page.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bd9k will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy to the account. bd9k reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, which will be communicated to the player prior to any deduction. 8.4 Final Decisions

All decisions made by bd9k in connection with account suspension, fund forfeiture, or platform access restrictions are made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. If you believe a decision has been made in error, you may submit a formal written dispute to bd9k's support team at the contact email listed on this site. bd9k will review all formal disputes within a reasonable timeframe and communicate its final determination in writing. bd9k's determination, once communicated, is binding and final.
